Green Chicken PS

Received an email from M&S. It said how sorry they were and told me that if I printed out the email and took it into a branch, I could get a free chicken. Er.... no thanks!

Didn't they offer you your money back as well? ASDA's policy is to refund your money AND give you another chicken (or whatever).
