What the commissioning editors want

Today, they included a link to an article which set my mind and pulse racing. Eighteen commissioning editors, talking about the kinds of books they would like to find and publish in 2013. As usual, there is a slight emphasis on 'young writers', which always makes me grit my teeth, but it does seem that there is still a lot of opportunity out there for us not quite so young ones, too.
